  1. What is your return and exchange policy?

We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery. To be accepted, items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

  • Made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • For RI Ritu Kumar items above Rs.50,000, return requests must be made by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91-9372505940) or email ([email protected]). Refunds for these items will only be processed after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a thorough quality check.

Special Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

  1. How can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within a limited time before they are processed for shipping. If you're an Indian customer, you can cancel your order directly through your Ritu Kumar account under the “My Orders” section.
For international orders, the cancellation option is not available online. You may reach out to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of placing the order for cancellation assistance.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may be eligible for a return after delivery (for domestic orders only).

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can also log in to your account and view tracking details in the “My Orders” section.

  1. Do you ship internationally and within India?

Yes, we ship both across India and to multiple international destinations. Shipping availability and timelines vary depending on the delivery location.

  1. What are the shipping policies?

Most of our orders are shipped within 48 hours. However, certain items may have extended dispatch timelines. You can check the specific shipping time on the product page—look for the "Estimated Dispatch Time" located just below the "Add to Cart" button.
For international orders, dispatch typically takes 7–10 working days.

  1. Are there any custom duties or import taxes for international orders?

Yes, international customers may be charged customs duties or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations. 7. What are the shipping charges for domestic and international orders?

Shipping charges vary based on your order value and location:

Domestic (India):

  • Orders of Rs.1500 or above: Free shipping
  • Orders below Rs.1500: Rs.99 shipping fee

International:

  • Orders of Rs.23,000 or above: Free shipping
  • Orders below Rs.23,000: Rs.3500 shipping fee
    (or the equivalent amount in your respective currency)

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

8. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We encourage customers to manage their returns online for a quick and seamless experience. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit ritukumar.com
  2. Click on the ‘Login’ button
  3. Enter your registered phone number
  4. You’ll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your phone
  5. Enter the OTP to access your account
  6. Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order you wish to return
  7. Follow the prompts to complete your return request

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and international cards. Currency options adjust automatically based on your region—INR for India, USD or local currencies for global customers.

International customers can pay using credit cards or PayPal for a secure and seamless checkout experience.

10. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations within India. The option will be visible at checkout if your pin code is eligible.
Please note, COD is available for orders up to Rs.25,000 only.

Yes, every product page includes a detailed size guide. Please refer to it before making a purchase to find your perfect fit.

12. How should I care for and wash my garments?

Care instructions are listed on each product page and garment tag. We generally recommend dry cleaning for delicate or embroidered items to maintain their quality.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards or vouchers for use on the website. However, customers can purchase physical gift cards from our retail stores, which can be redeemed in-store only.

  1. What happens if I refuse to pay customs duties on my international order?

If an international customer refuses to pay the applicable customs duties or import taxes, and the shipment is returned to us, we will process a refund only after deducting the following:

  • To-and-fro international shipping charges
  • Any customs or handling charges incurred in India

The remaining balance will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

21. Are there any countries you do not ship to?

Yes, currently we do not ship to the following countries:
Bangladesh, Russia, Pakistan, and Turkey.

21. About Items on 70% discount

We would like to inform you that items on 70% discount are non returnable. In case of any damage, defect, missing items please let us know within 48 hours. Post 48 hours the items would be considered as sold.
